£7.50 per session, payable on the day or in advance.
Don’t forget, if you buy a block of 10 one-to-one Pilates or Personal Training sessions, Outdoor Fitness is absolutely free!
What you get
- A fun, interactive hour-long outdoor fitness session
- Exercises and intensity made easier or harder, depending on your ability
- Motivation and support to push yourself that little bit further
- Small class sizes – no more than ten people so you still get expert instruction
- Just turn up – no equipment necessary
- A fully qualified, first-aid trained instructor
All participants need to fill in a Live Simple registration form and submit it before their first session. We want you to be safe, dudes, so we really need to know this information beforehand. These classes are designed for generally active, injury free individuals. This is not an intense bootcamp or bodypump style session, but will still get your heart rate going a bit. If you have any questions about your fitness level, please feel free to give us a call and have a chat with us. Over 18s only at this stage.
We’re keeping registration simple
First, fill out the Live Simple registration form and email it to us, letting us know which session you’d like to attend.
