It’s time to play!

If you’re looking for a fun way to get fit, need an extra bit of motivation, and want to work out outdoors in a positive, fun atmosphere, then our Live Simple Outdoor Fitness classes could be what you’re looking for. Join Keith from 08:00 till 09:00 on Sunday mornings to stretch, sprint, flip tyres, drag logs, jump, and play games. A moderately demanding session suitable for men and women, with plenty of rest, plenty of movement, and hopefully, a lot of laughter. Especially when we play ‘tail tag.’

A typical session

This is an outdoor session with a focus on interval training. There will be periods of intensity, and lots of rest. We’ll always warm up, we’ll always warm down, and we’ll stop regularly to catch our breath, drink some water, and soak up the sun. Hopefully…
During the session, we’ll attempt to push you a bit harder if we think you’ve got more in you, or encourage you to rest if you’re finding it tough. We’ll leave a lot of the decision making up to you, and will regularly ask for your feedback. We want you to finish each session feeling great and ready for the day – not exhausted and feeling sick. Some days we’ll just use our bodyweight with exercises like squats, push ups and jumps. On others we may flip tyres, carry sandbags, or do some sprints with a weighted sledge. All of the sessions are thoroughly planned beforehand, so all you have to do is turn up and go for it!


£7.50 per session, payable on the day or in advance.

Don’t forget, if you buy a block of 10 one-to-one Pilates or Personal Training sessions, Outdoor Fitness is absolutely free!

What you get

All participants need to fill in a Live Simple registration form and submit it before their first session. We want you to be safe, dudes, so we really need to know this information beforehand. These classes are designed for generally active, injury free individuals. This is not an intense bootcamp or bodypump style session, but will still get your heart rate going a bit. If you have any questions about your fitness level, please feel free to give us a call and have a chat with us. Over 18s only at this stage.

We’re keeping registration simple

First, fill out the Live Simple registration form and email it to us, letting us know which session you’d like to attend.
